At MacroStrategys.com, we specialize in delivering actionable SEO strategies, in-depth research, and market analysis designed to drive real results. This Fulfillment Policy explains how our services are delivered and how refunds or cancellations are handled.

Service Fulfillment

All our services are digital and strategy-based, meaning there is no physical shipment involved.

• SEO Reports & Market Research
  These are custom-built based on your business and industry. After your order is confirmed, we typically deliver within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated or scoped in writing.

• Ongoing SEO Services
  For retainers or implementation services (such as monthly SEO campaigns), delivery timelines, reporting frequency, and communication channels will be defined during onboarding.

Refund Policy

Our services are time-intensive, custom-created, and designed specifically for each client. As such, we do not offer automatic refunds, but we do believe in fairness and professionalism. We may issue partial or full refunds in reasonable situations.

Refunds will be considered if:

• You cancel within 24 hours of purchase and no work has begun

• You are unsatisfied with the delivered report or service, and you contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing clear, constructive feedback

• We are unable to deliver the service within the promised timeframe without valid explanation or communication

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Work has already been delivered

• Work is in progress and delayed due to lack of communication or feedback from the client

• You change your mind or the service no longer fits your needs after work has started

To request a refund, contact support@macrostrategys.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• One-Time Services (e.g., SEO reports, research) can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement if work hasn’t started.

• Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO implementation retainers or content campaigns) may be canceled with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

If you prepaid for multiple months, any unused full months may be eligible for a refund, minus any work already completed.
